Another Speed Twin 900 through the workshop — this time for a basic service, including a fresh oil and filter change.
We also fitted an aftermarket centre stand, making routine maintenance, cleaning and storage far easier for the customer.
But we didn’t stop there…

1994 Kawasaki ZZR1100 Restoration
The legendary Kawasaki ZZR1100 was brought into our workshop for a range of cosmetic and mechanical restoration work, with the aim of returning it to its former glory while preserving its classic character.
Work Completed
- Complete repair and repaint of the damaged nose cone fairing.
- Wet sanding and machine polishing to achieve a deep, high-gloss finish.
- Front brake calipers removed, fully refurbished and refinished.
- New chain and sprocket kit installed.
- Cam chain tensioner upgraded for improved reliability and long-term performance.
Previous Restoration Work
As part of the wider restoration, we had already completed:
- Fuel tank repaired and professionally repainted.
- Front mudguard extensively repaired and refinished.
- Internal fuel tank cleaned and sealed.
- Full professional detail to restore the bike’s appearance.
The Result
This ZZR1100 now combines reliable mechanical performance with a showroom-quality finish. Every stage of the work was completed in-house, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Whether it’s accident damage, cosmetic restoration, mechanical refurbishment or a complete nut-and-bolt rebuild, we treat every motorcycle as if it were our own.
1989 Suzuki VS1400
So we have the frame, swing arm fork legs and yokes all painted and reinstalled with nice fresh baiting.
Engine currently on the bench, some very bad cylinder scoring has required us to replace it and 2 badly corroded valves also.
Engine currently being re assembled.
